Returns & Refunds
General
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our website, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We cannot process replacements or refunds more than 30 days after delivery.
To start a return, visit Returns Center. You may return either all products from your order or some of them. If the return is partial, we will issue a partial replacement or refund for the items returned. Returns can only be processed, if they were sent using the return QR code or label we provide, so we can properly identify your return and issue your refund, otherwise the return can be rejected.
Please note that this policy does not cover items purchased through third-party sellers.
Eligibility
You may return products you ordered if the items are in their original packaging, sealed, and not damaged (unless defective or damaged upon arrival). Opened or used products are not eligible. We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these conditions.Any shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless your order arrives damaged or defective, you're fully responsible for any shipping fees for returning the product to us. The cost of return shipping will be calculated and displayed during the return request process. You will be informed of the return shipping fee when submitting the return form. If you apply for a refund, the shipping fee may be deducted from the refund sum.
Refunds
Once the returned item arrives back to our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll approve your return and issue a refund. If your order was damaged or defective upon arrival, we may issue a refund without the need to return the product.
You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 3-7 business days after the refund is issued.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@purewellsciences.com.
We have the right to refuse any refund if you have breached any of the provisions of our Terms of Use or this policy.
Shipping Damage or Loss
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, contact us at support@purewellsciences.com within 3 days of the shipping date with photos (in case of damage) and order number. We will assist with a carrier claim and may offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are not obligated to resend it. A refund may be issued, minus the shipping cost, as long as the product is returned in good condition.
If a shipment is marked undelivered and returned to us, you may request a replacement or refund. Alternatively, we can reship your order once you pay a new shipping fee. This does not apply to refused packages, which are handled differently.
Refused Packages
Refusing a package will result in a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The exact fee amount will be determined by the shipping provider and cannot be confirmed beforehand. By refusing the package, you agree to these charges.
Please note: refused packages can be lost during return transit. If your package doesn’t make it back to our warehouse, or it was not identified due to not being sent using the return QR code or label we provide, we cannot issue a refund. We highly recommend accepting deliveries and contacting us to initiate a proper return instead of refusing the shipment.
Replacement and Exchange
Automatic replacements are possible only if you received your order defective or damaged. In such a case, we may replace it with items of a similar kind. If you want to exchange an item for a different kind, the fastest way is to return the item you have for a refund. Once the refund request is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Duplicate Orders
PureWell Sciences is not responsible for multiple identical orders placed by mistake. It is up to the customer to review their order before confirming. Any returns for duplicate orders will be subject to the standard return policy.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
